Further to our announcement made on 11 March 2010, we wish to append hereunder the following additional information:-

1. The name of the Vendor is Mr. Tan Keng Kuan.

2. The Purchase Consideration of RM459,847/- was derived based on the total net assets in Utama Associates amounting to RM1,149,617.48 which consist of Net Tangible Assets and Goodwill as at 31 January 2010.

3. The highest percentage ratio of the acquisition is 0.235%.
