Further to an announcement dated 26 May 2011, on behalf of Adventa Berhad (“Adventa”), Maybank Investment Bank Berhad acting as the Lead Arranger, Principal Adviser and Lead Manager is pleased to announce that Adventa has successfully issued RM70.0 million in nominal value IMTNs under the ICP/IMTN Programme on 20th July 2011.

The Sukuk was issued with one tranche of RM20 million with a tenure of five (5) years and another tranche of RM50 million with a tenure of seven (7) years.
