Founded TNSB in 1988 and has been the executive director
since then. His experience includes project management and operations of
manufacturing and assembly plants, financial control and strategic planning and marketing.

She has senior operation experience in audit and accounting. With more than 11
years’ experience in public practice she is now responsible for the group’s
statutory and regulatory reporting, financial planning, budgeting and
taxation.

in Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand in 1981.
Joined KPMG, from 1983 . Subsequently he left to be a partner in another
accounting firm before opening his own Messrs S. T. Toh & Co in 1997. He is
a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the MIA since 1986. He is
also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New
Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow Member of the Malaysian
Institute of Taxation. He has vast experience in auditing, tax planning as well
as financial and management advisory.

on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia. of the Company and is the Chairman of the

YB. Abdul Aziz is an advocate and solicitor and have been
practising for around 15 years. He is currently one of the partners of Messrs.
Aziz deRashid Rosdin & Co. In addition to his partnership, he is also the
Legal Adviser for Majlis Tindakan Rakyat Kelantan since 2002.
YB. Abdul Aziz is a Kelantan State Assemblyman for Kuala Balah,Jeli, Kelantan
.
His sat on the board in Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia
Berhad from 1997 to 2001 as well as Rakyat Corporation Sdn Bhd. He is the
Chairman of the Farmers’ Association of Malaysia.

YB. Dato’ Dr Norraesah has a PhD in Economic Science and Master
Degrees in International Economics & Finance Relations.
She has over 31 years' experience in banking, consultancy and international trade & commerce. She served as a Deputy Director in Ministry of International Trade & Industry and Principal Assistant Secretary in the Finance Division of the Federal Treasury.
Dato' Dr Norraesah also sits on the board of KESM Industries Bhd, Siah Brothers Corporation Bhd & Malaysian Oxygen Bhd.
