NATIONAL RECOVERY PLAN (PPN)

 

The strategy for the National Recovery Plan is based on:

• The number of daily Covid-19 infections.

• The utilisation rate in the intensive care unit (ICU) wards.

• The percentage of the vaccinated population.

Essential services are allowed to operate during Enhanced Movement Control Order (FMCO) by following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that were implemented by the government.

i.  PPN Phase 1 : Allowed to operate as usual with capacity 60% of workers in Johor, Kedah, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Penang, Sabah, Sarawak, Selangor, WP Kuala Lumpur, WP Putrajaya and WP Labuan.

ii: PPN Phase 2 : Allowed to operate as usual with capacity 80% of workers in Kelantan, Pahang, Perak, Perlis and Terengganu.
